Based on the ITIL best practices framework, the SunView ChangeGear Enterprise Suite streamlines IT processes and allows companies to gain greater visibility into their IT infrastructure, reduce system downtime and ensure regulatory compliance.
Currently serving to assist the Sales team at SunView to adapt Enterprise-level software solutions to meet prospective cusomters’ needs including implementing customer business processes into product demonstrations, conducting informational webinars, discussing solution alternatives with prospective and existing customers, coordinating with Sales to shorten the sales cycle and increase the probability of close, draft and submit effective RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, and also coordinating with Engineering and Professional Services on Proof of Concept (POC) activities and potential/upcoming product evolution for ChangeGear, SunView’s ITIL-aligned ITSM solution.

Developing of end-to-end client-side and server-side technical solutions along with applications for corporate clients. Developing corporate documentation for internal user training on technical systems/tools along with external system users. Designing web engineered tools to support client service including peer collaboration, data gathering, and e-Learning materials.
