It’s good to find someone you actually enjoy spending time with. Dating is just too labor-intensive and has no viable outcome that is foreseeable. So, this definitely makes things much easier.

I also wanted to share an image the ACTUAL DOOR that was mentioned in our last post mentioning the issue we had with people leaving using the IN door and not ht eclearly marked OUT door. As you can see from the image below, the door is CLEARLY marked. Again, “Stupid is Forever”.

The following happened over the weekend in no particular order:

  • Wednesday Faux-Pas – Wednesday around lunch time, the lady and I left and attempted to grab pizza from a local restaurant only to discover it had been MOVED! We went to the new location to find, that in the MIDDLE OF THE DAY the establishment was CLOSED! Total freakin’ buzz kill. Settled for wings and beers…something that can’t go wrong. 
  • Cheap Pizza/Good Wine – Caught up with the pizza men on Friday. They were in fact OPEN… and for $3.75 a decent  quality large pizza was purchased. It was actually good! The pizza was paired with a nice white wine. WINE + Pizza + my girl = AWESOME!
  • Scramble With Friends – Ok… so, I have learned, thanks to the girl, that there are many four or five letter words that can be spelled on the fly in Scramble with Friends that could make the writers at “Urban Dictionary” blush.
  • Adventures With Bubble Bath – You know, I never realized how hard it was to find a store that carries bubble bath. The first two stores —> NO SUCCESS! At the second store, could NOT walk in because two people were blocking the “In” door and NOT using the “OUT” door – how ridiculous! Like momma says “stupid is forever”.  Then we grabbed a snack (more to follow). FINALLY, after a quick bite we ventured off once more in a quest to find bubble bath and were successful. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Now… more on the quick bite.
  • Cheap Nachos and Beers – YEAH BUDDY! New Mexican Cantina, which took the storefront from the pizza place (that we sought out on Wednesday) – how ironic. Service was good, nachos were cheap, and can never go wrong with Mexican beers. Good times with the girl on Cinco de Mayo!

Good week this week and a long one at that but very productive and hopefully, moving forward with a few life activities that I have been meaning to complete!
Finally, looking forward to seeing the lady this week – she is fantastic. I’m very lucky to have someone like her around in any capacity, even as a friend.
